delete line 207 -"one Chairperson" & partially delete line 282 - "All delegates
will vote for the OC Chair."

Reason

Removal of the OC Chairperson will ensure regional balance on the GYG Oversight Committee.

Regarding the role of the OC Chair, OC members can decide amongst themselves who Chairs the Committee (this is already the case for the GYG Steering Committee).
